Cancellation Policy
Quick overview
Cancellation is available only before your course starts. Once the course begins, no wallet credit or refund is possible. Every cancellation requires administrator approval.
Cancellation deductions
Your deduction depends on how much you have paid and how much notice you provide:
| Payment status | 60+ days notice | 59 days or less | After course starts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Full payment (100%) | 15% deduction 85% wallet credit | 30% deduction 70% wallet credit | Not available |
| Deposit only (30%) | 50% deduction 50% wallet credit | 100% deduction No credit | Not available |
These deductions reflect real, non-recoverable costs such as marketing, teacher contracts, housing arrangements and staff coordination; they are not penalties.
What is wallet credit?
When a cancellation is approved, wallet credit equals the amount actually paid minus the applicable deduction. Wallet credit is issued only in these cases: full payment with 60+ days notice (85%), full payment with 59 days or less notice (70%), or a 30% deposit with 60+ days notice (50%). We do not offer cash, bank-transfer, UPI, card or Stripe refunds. Wallet credit is issued in USD.
Wallet validity and use
Wallet credit expires exactly 12 months from the cancellation date at 11:59 PM IST. For example, credit created on 15 March 2027 expires on 15 March 2028 at 11:59 PM IST. Unused credit is then permanently forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.
- 1 wallet point = 1 USD.
- Credit can be used for any future Swasti course or batch.
- If the new course costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, the unused balance remains available.
- Credits may be combined and the earliest expiry is consumed first.
Our course schedule
Courses generally run from September to December and January to April. Some months offer Spanish-language courses only.
Exceptional circumstances
For urgent unforeseen circumstances before the course starts, contact us immediately. Appropriate supporting documents are mandatory. Each case is reviewed individually and remains subject to administrator approval.
How the wallet works
